Frank J. Aita Esq. is the founder of "The Law Firm of Frank J. Aita, LLC," based in downtown Jersey City. Liscenced in both New Jersey and Florida, Mr. Aita represents Landlords, property owners, real estate professionals in matter involving landlord-tenant law, real estate litigation, and residential and commercial property transactions.

A graduate of Rutgers University and Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Aita clerked for The Honorable Mark A. Baber, J.S.C before serving with Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, where he defended tenants in eviction and rent-control cases. That experience gives him a unique, balanced perspective in representing property owners today. 

 

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Aita teaches CCD at his local Catholic parish and enjoys staying active at the gym, bringing the same dedication and discipline to his personal life that he offers his clients.
